Cookie Notice
This website runs on strictly necessary cookies only. No analytics, no advertising, no social media tracking — here is exactly what is set and why.
1. About cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store and send back on later requests. Cookies are what let a site keep track of a visit from one page to the next. Related technologies — local storage, session storage and similar — work the same way for these purposes and are covered by this notice.
A first-party cookie is set by the site you are visiting; a third-party cookie is set by another domain, which is how cross-site advertising and analytics usually work. This site sets first-party cookies only.
2. Cookies this website sets
Two cookies, both strictly necessary for the site to work securely:
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| ida-tech-solutions-session | Keeps your browsing session together so the enquiry form can be validated and submitted. The session itself is stored on our server; the cookie holds only its encrypted identifier. | First-party, strictly necessary | When you close your browser, or after 120 minutes of inactivity |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Carries a per-session token that proves a form submission came from this site, protecting you against cross-site request forgery. | First-party, strictly necessary | When you close your browser, or after 120 minutes of inactivity |
Neither cookie is used to profile you, neither follows you to other websites, and their contents are not shared with anyone.
3. What we deliberately do not use
At the date of this notice this website runs no analytics, advertising, retargeting, A/B testing, heat-mapping, chat widget or social media tracking cookies, and embeds no third-party pixels or tag managers.
Because the only cookies we set are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for, the law in the UK, the EU and India does not require us to obtain your consent for them — which is why you are not asked to dismiss a cookie banner on arrival. If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first, give you a way to manage your choices, and update this notice before those cookies are set.
4. Third-party resources that are not cookies
To render its typography and icons, this site loads files from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) and from the jsDelivr content delivery network (cdn.jsdelivr.net). Requesting a file from those domains discloses your IP address, the page you are on and your browser details to that provider, and they may keep it in their own server logs. They do not set cookies on this site and we receive no information back from them.
Our own web server keeps standard request logs — IP address, time, URL, status and user agent — for security and diagnostics. Those logs are described in our Privacy Policy and are not created by cookies.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block them wholesale or per site. You will find the controls under Settings in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, usually under "Privacy and security" or "Cookies and site data". Your browser's help pages carry the current steps.
Blocking the two cookies above will not stop you from reading the site, but the enquiry form will not be able to submit, because the security token it depends on cannot be issued. Clearing cookies removes your current session; nothing else about your visit is retained on your device.
6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Browser signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control ask sites not to track visitors across the web. We do not track you across the web in any case, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off here. If we introduce optional cookies in future, we will honour a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out.
7. Changes and contact
We will update this notice whenever the cookies we use change, and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Questions about cookies, or about anything else in our privacy practices, can be sent to support@idatechsol.com.
